Job Description
Job Vacancy: HR Executive
Our Real Estate & PropTech company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, results-driven, and capable of managing core HR functions while supporting business growth across construction and development operations.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for both site and corporate roles.
* Administer employee records, HR documentation, and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support performance management processes, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
* Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
* Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and staff welfare initiatives.
* Support training, learning, and development initiatives to improve employee performance.
* Act as a point of contact between management and employees to promoate a poasitive workplace culture.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role, preferably within real estate, construction, or corporate environments.
* BSc/HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and Nigerian labour laws.
* Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
* Experience in real estate, construction, or PropTech companies is an added advantage.
