Job Title: Consultant Assistants
Location: Port Harcourt and Lagos(Fully Remote – Client Meetings as Required)
Salary: 100,000 naira basic salary + commission up to 200,000 naira monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent, well-presented Consultant Assistant to support consulting engagements and executive operations. This role requires excellent documentation skills, strong communication, executive presence, and the ability to function confidently in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and structure high-quality proposals, reports, and business documents
Support preparation of presentations, pitch decks, and consulting deliverables
Accompany senior consultants to client meetings (virtual and physical)
Take meeting notes and convert discussions into clear, actionable documents
Communicate professionally with clients
Use technology and productivity tools efficiently, with or without AI support
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation and proposal-writing ability
Polished appearance with good executive presence and professional dressing
Tech-savvy, fast learner, and highly adaptable
Open to travel when required
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
