Job Description
HR & Admin Coordinator – Makun City, Ogun State
Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 monthly
We’re hiring an HR & Admin Coordinator with 5–8years’ experience. The role covers recruitment and onboarding, performance management, payroll processing, attendance/leave management, employee relations, training coordination, and general office administration.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
* Excellent communication & organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* HR certifications (CIPM/SHRM/HRCI) are an added advantage
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong added advantage
