Do you want to lead HR operations in a consulting environment where your expertise, judgement, and ownership truly matter?
SENCE HR is seeking a confident, entrepreneurial HR professional to take full ownership of HR service delivery for our portfolio of SME clients. This is a leadership role with visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside a premium HR consulting brand.

Your Role:
– Own end-to-end HR service delivery for assigned clients
– Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor
– Lead HR operations, including compliance, documentation, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding
– Supervise and guide junior HR resources where applicable
– Ensure high-quality, timely, and professional delivery across all engagements
– Proactively identify HR risks and improvement opportunities for clients
– Contribute to improving and standardising HR systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For
– 5–7 years of hands-on HR operations experience (SME or consulting experience is a strong advantage)
– Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
– Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Confident judgement, professionalism, and discretion
– Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple clients

₦350,000 monthly (based on experience)
