Hiring: Site Supervisor (Interior Architecture & Fit-out)

Role Overview
We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of high-end interior architectural projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that designs are translated into reality with 100% accuracy, on time, and within budget. This role requires a “boots-on-the-ground” leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and maintains a standard of excellence under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership: Supervise all sub-contractors (carpenters, MEP technicians, tilers, painters) to ensure work aligns with technical drawings and specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections of finishes, joinery installation, and MEP works. Ensure “snag-free” delivery by catching errors before they are covered up.
Project Timeline Management: Maintain daily site logs and ensure milestones are met. You are responsible for identifying potential delays and implementing immediate solutions.
Material Coordination: Oversee the delivery, storage, and inventory of high-value materials (marble, bespoke furniture, lighting) to prevent damage or theft.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and detailed joinery sections, ensuring the team executes exactly as designed.
Health & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols on-site to ensure a zero-accident environment.
Reporting: Provide daily and weekly progress updates (including photos and checklists) to the Project Manager and Principal Architect.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in interior fit-outs or architectural construction.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and basic knowledge of project management software.
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Abuja construction landscape and vendor networks.
