We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring riders and maintenance personnel to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit riders and maintenance staff at scale
Build and manage talent pipelines for high-volume roles
Coordinate interviews and onboarding with operations teams
Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business needs
Requirements:
Proven experience recruiting riders, technicians, or maintenance staff
Strong sourcing skills, especially for frontline roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
