Head, HR & Administration –Amuwo(Lagos)
salary-600k -1mil net
Our client is seeking an experienced Head, HR & Administration to provide strategic and operational leadership for human resources and workplace services. The role will drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, performance management, and HR compliance, while overseeing administrative and office operations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field
Master’s degree (MBA / MSc HR / OD) – advantage
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent)
Minimum 8–12 years’ progressive HR experience, including 4–5 years in senior HR leadership
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in organizational design, change management, talent management, and HR operations
