Job Title: Business Development Lead
Industry: Oil & Gas Servicing
Location: VI, Lagos
Experience level: 5 years and above (similar sector)
Work mode: Hybrid
Salary:500k-700k
Are you a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager willing to drive growth, develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the oil and gas servicing industry.
Responsibilities:
*MUST be able to PREPARE and PRESENT compelling PROPOSALS,BIDS & TENDERS.
*Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company revenue targets
*Build and mailing strong relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies
*Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure clients expectations are met
*Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities in the industry Provide weekly activity and performance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
*Relevant certifications (NIPEX,IADC, etc)
*Good understanding of oil and gas operations, procurement cycles and regulatory requirements
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM tools.
*Ability to work independently and as a team
*Candidate must reside on the island and its environs.
