Position: Email marketing Specialist
Work mode: Remote
Salary Range: 1.5m-3m (7 -10years)
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Development: Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, welcome series, etc.).
• Content Creation: Write compelling copy, design visually appealing templates, and ensure brand voice consistency.
• Audience Management: Build, segment, and manage email subscriber lists for personalized communication.
• Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows (drip campaigns, journeys).
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and report on key metrics (opens, clicks, conversions).
• Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and use data insights to improve future campaigns.
• Compliance: Ensure all emails comply with email regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Essential Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in Email Service Providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills for effective email content
• Basic design skills and familiarity with HTML/CSS for creating and optimizing email templates
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, customer lifecycle management, and campaign analytics
• Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance, and make data-driven optimization decisions
• High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think strategically while executing effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a marketing team
Education & Experience
• Degree, certification in related field
• Proven experience planning, managing, and executing email marketing campaigns
