Job Description
Description:
- Monitor and maintain backend and customer devices, ensuring compliance with outage resolution SLAs and system best practices.
- Handle Level 2 customer complaint resolution, perform general troubleshooting/isolation, and escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary.
- Support network operations including PON migration/decongestion, customer relocation integration, and customer service upgrades.
- Collaborate with field support teams (FST) on-site for troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system maintenance activities such as TCAB/ECAB.
- Prepare incident reports and documentation, while providing regular updates to management and stakeholders during 24/7 shift operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
