Job Description
Hiring: Experienced Architectural Draftsman
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
A reputable Architecture Firm in Lagos is seeking to recruit an Experienced Architectural Draftsmen with exceptional technical detailing skills and a strong command of architectural drawings and documentation.
Requirements
– Be a graduate of a recognized Polytechnic with a qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
– Have a minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience in an architectural firm.
– Possess extensive experience in producing detailed architectural, construction, and working drawings.
– Demonstrate strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant architectural drafting software.
– Have excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, building construction, and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and develop detailed architectural and working drawings.
– Produce construction documentation and schedules for project execution.
– Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, and other consultants.
– Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
