Operations Manager (Ajah, Lagos)

Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to run the business side of their veterinary practice. You will drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance by tracking key operational data and turning those insights into actionable, high-impact changes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor practice KPIs (revenue, service volumes, costs) and use data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
– Implement process improvements that boost productivity, reduce waste, and increase revenue.
– Lead, schedule, and mentor support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations alongside the veterinary team.
– Ensure excellent client service and full compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What We Need:
– over 3 years in operations management with proven track records
– Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to drive measurable results.
– Decisive, proactive, and comfortable holding teams accountable.
– Based in or willing to work in Ajah, Lagos is an advantage.
– ⁠Renumeration is 350,000
– ⁠Health insurance scheme.
– ⁠Work schedule is 5 days a week.
– ⁠Eligible for performance based work bonuses.
