The UACN Property Development Company (UPDC) Plc is Nigeria’s foremost institutional real estate firm, specializing in the acquisition, development, sale, and management of premium commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail assets. Originally established as a department within UAC of Nigeria Plc, it was incorporated in 1997 and became the first property development company listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
