The North West Development Commission (NWDC) is now accepting applications for the 2025/2026 Foreign Scholarship Programme for eligible Nigerians.
This fully funded scholarship supports outstanding undergraduate and postgraduate students from the North-West region of Nigeria to study at top universities abroad.
Scholarship Summary

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be an indigene of a North-Western Nigerian state
Have 5 O’Level credits including 3 core science subjects (max. 2 sittings)
Hold a CGPA of at least 3.8/5.0 for undergraduates
Hold a minimum of 4.0/5.0 CGPA for master’s applicants
Be no older than 22 (Undergrad), 35 (Master’s), or 40 (PhD)
