The Graduate Trainee Program provides opportunities in several key roles. These include Sales Development Representative, Marketing, Business Applications – ERP Functional Consultant, Business Applications – CRM Functional Consultant, Frontend Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success Management. Each role is tailored to equip participants with relevant technical and professional skills aligned with modern business and technology operations.

The program is open to graduates who possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field, depending on the specific role applied for. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a keen interest in building a career within technology, consulting, sales, or project delivery environments.

The training program spans one year and is structured to combine mentorship and hands-on learning. Participants will receive guidance from experienced industry professionals and senior experts who will provide career development support throughout the program. Trainees will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, enabling them to gain practical experience while contributing to real business solutions.

Snapnet offers a competitive training allowance, stated to be approximately three times the minimum wage, alongside additional employee benefits. These include Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage to support healthcare needs during the program, as well as organized graduate trainee (GT) hangouts and social engagement activities designed to foster networking, collaboration, and team bonding among participants.

A key feature of the program is the strong employment pathway it provides. Successful candidates who complete the one-year training program are guaranteed employment within the organization, making it a structured entry point into a professional career with long-term growth potential.

The program is open nationwide across all states, allowing applicants from different regions to participate without location restrictions. This nationwide reach ensures equal opportunity access for graduates across Nigeria who meet the qualification requirements.
