The Graduate Trainee Program provides opportunities in several key roles. These include Sales Development Representative, Marketing, Business Applications – ERP Functional Consultant, Business Applications – CRM Functional Consultant, Frontend Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success Management. Each role is tailored to equip participants with relevant technical and professional skills aligned with modern business and technology operations.
The program is open to graduates who possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field, depending on the specific role applied for. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a keen interest in building a career within technology, consulting, sales, or project delivery environments.
The training program spans one year and is structured to combine mentorship and hands-on learning.
