The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced the release of notification slips for the 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Candidates who registered for the optional mock exam can now access and print their slips starting today, Thursday, April 3, 2025.
How to Print the JAMB Mock UTME Slip
The notification slip contains critical details such as the candidate’s registration number, assigned examination venue, date, and time. To print the slip, candidates should follow these steps:
1. Visit the official JAMB website at www.jamb.gov.ng.
2. Click on the “2025 Mock Slip Printing” section.
3. Enter your JAMB registration number in the required field.
4. Click on “Print Examination Slip” to download or print the document.
Exam Date and Key Instructions
The 2025 Mock UTME is scheduled to hold on Thursday, April 10, 2025. JAMB has advised all registered candidates to visit their designated examination centers at least a day before the test. This will help them familiarize themselves with the location and avoid any last-minute delays or confusion on the exam day.
The mock examination is designed as a preparatory test for candidates ahead of the main UTME. It allows students to experience the examination environment, test their knowledge, and assess their level of preparedness. However, participation in the mock exam is optional and does not affect a candidate’s eligibility for the main UTME.
JAMB’s Advisory to Candidates
JAMB has urged all candidates to:
Print their notification slips early to avoid last-minute issues.
Arrive at their respective examination centers on time, as lateness may lead to disqualification.
Ensure they adhere to JAMB’s examination rules, including not bringing prohibited items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators into the exam hall.
The board reiterated its commitment to conducting a smooth and hitch-free examination process for all registered candidates.
