💼 National Consultant – Rapid Market Assessment for Girls’ Skills Development & Economic Empowerment
📍 Location: Abuja (Remote/Home-based + Travel to Katsina)
⏳ Contract Duration: 3.5 Months
📅 Application Deadline: 1 July 2026
This consultancy will play a critical role in shaping programs that support adolescent girls by identifying viable economic opportunities and aligning skills development initiatives with real labor market needs.

Key Objectives of the Role
Identify priority sectors and livelihood pathways suitable for adolescent girls
Align training programs with local labor market demand
Address gender and structural barriers to education and employment
Provide actionable, evidence-based recommendations for scalable interventions
🧠
Who Should Apply?
✔️ Candidates with a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Education, Gender & Development, or related fields
✔️ At least 8 years of experience in labor market research, skills development, or women/girls empowerment
✔️ Strong background in qualitative & quantitative research
✔️ Experience working with UN agencies or development partners
✔️ Knowledge of Nigeria’s labor market and policy environment
✔️ Fluency in English (Hausa is an added advantage)
