Business Development Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 (+ commission on every sale)

Responsibilities

✔️Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

✔️Prospect, generate, and convert leads

✔️Build and maintain strong client relationships

✔️Provide detailed product/service knowledge to prospects

✔️Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and follow-ups

✔️Track pipelines and maintain CRM updates

✔️Represent the brand professionally during client engagements

Requirements

✔️3–5 years of experience in sales/business development

✔️Strong experience in real estate sales is an advantage

✔️Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

✔️Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔️Confidence in presentations and client-facing activities

✔️High level of drive and resilience
