Job Title: Production Manager- Furniture
Location: Ikeja Lagos

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily/weekly production activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Oversee manufacturing processes (woodworking, metal fabrication, upholstery, finishing, assembly).
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout all production stages.
• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and optimize production costs.
• Lead, train, and manage production teams, ensuring high productivity and discipline.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless workflow.
• Implement and track KPIs for output efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Maintain factory equipment and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S).
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
• 4 to 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of joinery, carpentry, CNC machines, upholstery techniques, and finishes.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
