We’re Hiring: Head of Audit & Compliance

We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Audit and Compliance function across our organization. The ideal candidate will drive strict compliance, strengthen internal controls, and ensure full alignment with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

What The Candidates will do:
* Lead and enforce audit & compliance policies across all business units
* Plan and execute periodic audits and internal investigations
* Safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial & operational information
* Ensure adherence to SEC, NSE, CBN, AML/CFT and other regulatory requirements
* Safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial/operational information
* Act as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer and liaise with key regulators
* Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law or related field (Master’s is a plus)
* 8+ years experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk or Governance functions
* Must have strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks (SEC, NSE, CBN, AML/CFT)
* Relevant professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, CRMA, ISO 37301, ISO 31000, ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 are highly desirable
* Strong ethics, leadership capability & investigative skills
* Proven ability to lead audits, manage investigations, assess risk, and implement effective control frameworks.
* Excellent ethics, attention to detail, analytical skills, and stakeholder-management experience.
