Job Title: Legal Product Specialist
Company: Vesti (Migration Fintech)
Location: Lekki (Full On-SIte)
Salary Range: 200,000- 250,000.
Responsibilities:
Lead client engagement and case management for Special Talent Visa (STV) services, conducting onboarding calls, and follow-up meetings to ensure optimal client support and satisfaction.
Draft Special Talent Visa Petitions for O-1, EB-1, H-1B, and EB-2 NIW categories, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Execute thorough client documentation review processes, including evaluation of recommendation letters and development of proposed endeavors for EB-2 NIW applications, ensuring compliance with USCIS requirements and standards.
Maintain proactive client communication through systematic updates and 72-hour check-in protocols, ensuring transparent case progression and addressing client concerns in a timely manner.
Analyze and draft comprehensive legal agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and regulatory requirements while maintaining legal compliance across jurisdictions.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement standardized processes for client onboarding, case review, and documentation management, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
Monitor and maintain detailed client review sheets and case documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal requirements and internal protocols.
Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways and requirements, translating complex legal requirements into clear, actionable steps for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and deep understanding of immigration law requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
Professional Certification: Call to Bar (Must be a licensed legal practitioner).
Experience: Minimum of 2–3years of post-call experience, preferably in a corporate legal environment (law firm or in-house).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
