A reputable Fintech firm is in need of:

🚌Credit Service Agent Officer: 120k – 150k
📍Locations: Lagos and Ibadan

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ogbomosho

Requirements:
✨ OND/HND in Marketing or any related field.
✨ 1 year experience as a credit officer or related role

✨ Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Broker partnership meeting with park managers and chairman.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure close monitoring of service agents employed at the park
•⁠ ⁠Ensure follow up with agents and drivers for returns on credit request
•⁠ ⁠Investigate the fuel stations mostly patronised for onboarding
•⁠ ⁠Facilitate discussions or meetings with the chairmen and new drivers in the park
•⁠ ⁠Visits park locations to ensure operations is running (parks and stations)
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain partnership with all involved parties.
•⁠ ⁠Engage all filling stations in trainings to ensure smooth operations.
•⁠ ⁠Provide weekly reports to the line manager or chief operations
•⁠ ⁠Act as intermediary between the park managers and Ravenpay.
•⁠ ⁠Escalate issues to the Customer Experience Analyst for prompt resolution.
•⁠ ⁠Compulsorily attend trainings that are set identified to help you increase
productivity where or not set up by Ravenpay Limited.
•⁠ ⁠Report to the office within or outside state, for necessities as required for
smooth operations.
•⁠ ⁠Other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line head.
