BRAND MANAGER

Report to: Head, Brand & Marketing

A brand Manager is responsible for overseeing and shaping a company’s brand image, ensuring its consistency, recognition, and alignment with the organization’s values by developing marketing strategies, managing brand messaging, and analyzing market trends to maintain a positive perception among consumers.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market visibility and support sales growth.
• Lead marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional activities across all channels.
• Manage brand content, digital presence, and marketing materials to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide brand positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and dealership teams to strengthen customer engagement and showroom branding.
• Oversee marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong strategic thinking and brand-building capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in brand management, preferably in the automobile or FMCG sector.
Proven experience developing marketing campaigns and managing brand strategy.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
