What You Bring to the Table
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience in ICT support where you’ve mastered PC installations, repairs and network troubleshooting.
• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just fix a problem; you find out why it happened to prevent it from recurring.
• Communication Mastery: You can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-tech staff.
• Reliability: A proactive approach to preventive maintenance and an “ownership” mentality regarding IT security.
