Job Summary
HRLeverage Africa, pan African workforce management company is seeking a courteous and proactive Customer Service Representative for its client who is a leading brand in premium inbuilt kitchen appliances to serve as the first point of contact for its customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling inquiries via calls and messages, and scheduling customers for services such as installations and other related requests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, and other communication channels.
* Book and schedule customers for services such as installations and related appointments.
* Provide accurate information about company products and services.
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and bookings.
* Escalate customer complaints or issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
Requirements:

* Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently.
* Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
* Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.
* Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset.
