JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTANT

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee and manage both traditional and digital financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in standard accounting practices, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– ICAN certification is required.
– 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
– Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations and the full accounting cycle.
– Prepare accurate and timely financial statements with strong attention to financial reporting.
– Ensure compliance with FIRS regulations and GAAP standards.
– Support regulatory reporting and coordinate financial audits.
– Maintain thorough and well-organized documentation to ensure audit readiness.
– Oversee client payments, receivables, and collections.
– Manage employee reimbursements and operational expense processing.
