We are currently hiring for the position of Accountant.

Salary: N180,000 – N200,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all accounting transactions and financial records
* Prepare budget forecasts and support financial planning
* Maintain balance sheets and profit and loss statements
* Monitor and report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* Ensure timely processing of bank payments
* Audit financial transactions and documentation for accuracy and compliance
* Prepare and publish financial statements within deadlines
* Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
* Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in line with regulations
* Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and perform database backups when required
* Ensure full compliance with financial policies and statutory regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:
* HND or B.Sc. degree in Accounting or a related field
* 3 years of relevant professional experience
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
* Strong ability to prepare balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
