Job Title:Operations Lead
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: N355,000 – N450,000 monthly net
Job Objective:
This strategic role drives operational excellence to support programs, teams, and organizational growth in a remote-first nonprofit environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– 4–6 years of experience in nonprofit operations, project administration, or general management.
– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process-design skills.
– Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Airtable, Notion).
– High integrity, discretion, and accountability.
– Passion for She Code Africa’s mission and commitment to gender equity in STEM.
