Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:
1. Be domiciled outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK.
2. Apply for admission to an eligible Irish higher education institution (HEI) for a master’s, postgraduate diploma, or PhD program.
3. Possess a conditional or final admission offer from the HEI by the application time.
4. Not have previously held a GOI-IES scholarship.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive:
A €10,000 stipend for one year of study.
A full fee waiver covering tuition and other registration costs.
