1. Be Nigerian citizens studying within or outside the country.
2. Be enrolled in a program leading to:

Master’s Degree, Doctorate, or Postgraduate Professional Qualification.
3. Require research/industry experience as part of their academic program.
4. Possess strong communication skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills.
5. Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and adapt to limited supervision
