Eligibility:

Other key requirements include being born after September 1, 2001, being ranked in the top 10% of their class, and demonstrating proficiency in English, French, or Portuguese. Candidates must also show a strong commitment to returning to Sub-Saharan Africa after graduation and contributing to societal development.
