Program Overview
The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program combines practical, hands-on learning with structured leadership development and mentorship from experienced Coca-Cola HBC senior leaders.
The program targets high-potential Gen Z talents, including Nigerians based locally or abroad, who are eager to grow rapidly into leadership roles within large multinational organizations.
During the program, trainees will manage complex and strategic business projects, helping them build the technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities required for future management positions.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Hold a university degree or be able to commit full-time while studying
Demonstrate early leadership experience (e.g., employment, student leadership, NGOs, sports teams, entrepreneurship)
Show strong interest in leadership growth within Commercial or Supply Chain functions
Possess clear professional and leadership ambitions, supported by trainings, seminars, or workshops
Be fluent in English with strong literacy skills
Have no more than three (3) years of formal work experience after graduation
Be willing to relocate to another country if required
Participation in extracurricular activities or volunteering is an added advantage
Prior international living experience is an added advantage
