About the Energia Graduate Trainee Programme
The Energia Graduate Trainee Programme offers young Nigerians a transformative journey through structured training, real-world exposure, and meaningful work experiences.
Participants will:
Rotate across key technical and business units

Eligibility Requirements (2026 Intake)
To qualify, applicants must:
Be Nigerian citizens
Hold a bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Chemical/Process Engineering
Computer Engineering
Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
Geoscience
Business
Finance
Have a minimum qualification of:
Second Class Upper (2:1) OR
Second Class Lower (2:2) with a Master’s degree (Distinction)
Have completed NYSC in 2023 or later
Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical abilities
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
