Job Title: Partnership and Sales Business Manager
Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Reports To: Business Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Partnership and Sales Business Manager to lead business growth and sales expansion efforts within the travel and tourism sector. This role requires a professional with strong skills in sales, business development, and relationship management, ideally with experience in travel services, tour operations, or hospitality.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic partnerships, expand the client base across multiple locations, and lead a team of sales and field agents to deliver high performance and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Strategy
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
– Expand customer base across different regions through structured promotional campaigns and partnerships.

Team Management
– Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams and travel agents to meet regional and company-wide goals.
– Monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.

Partnership Development
– Build and nurture strong relationships with travel partners, hotels, transportation providers, and corporate clients.
– Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to support business growth and broaden market reach.

Agent Recruitment & Oversight
– Recruit, train, and manage a growing network of travel agents and field representatives.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards among all external agents.

Stakeholder Engagement
– Act as the key liaison for important stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
– Represent the agency at travel expos, meetings, and negotiations to secure lucrative deals.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
– 3-5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in travel or hospitality.
– Proven experience in leading teams and expanding business footprint regionally.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to travel frequently to manage partners, agents, and client relationships.
