Job Title: Digital Content Creator

Role Overview

We are searching for a fast-working, highly creative Digital Content Creator to take full ownership of producing content across all of the brand pages (hair care, skincare, and consulting). Using raw content provided by the founder and your own trend research, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video edits, graphics, flyers, and social media assets that keep us relevant, on-brand, and ahead of trends.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Design on-brand graphics, flyers, and visual content for social, email, and promotions

Source and track trending sounds, formats, and styles within the hair, skin, and beauty sectors

Transform raw footage/content provided by founder into polished final products

Maintain content output across multiple pages (hair care brand, skincare brand, and consulting company)

Adapt content for all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure timely posting and aligned messaging

Organize content libraries and ensure efficient workflow for fast turnaround times

Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience in video editing and graphic design

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with iMovie, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or other common editing platforms

Strong eye for design, storytelling, and visual branding

Comfortable working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment

Knowledgeable about viral trends in the beauty, skin, and natural hair care space or eager to research and adapt

Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle managing assets for multiple social pages

Open-minded, coachable, and excited to experiment with creative ideas

Bonus if you have:
– Experience working with beauty/wellness brands
– Motion graphics or photography skills
– Experience supporting a social media manager or marketing team
