Job Opening: Personal Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are hiring a female Personal Assistant to support a C-suite executive with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Location: On-site (Lagos, Lekki – Ajah)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative and operational support
– Conduct research and provide analytical summaries
– Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office & PowerPoint
– Handle scheduling, correspondence, and file management
– Assist in creating basic visual content (flyers, social posts, etc.)
– Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and logistics
– ⁠Manage social media accounts.
– Run occasional errands and field tasks (driving is an added advantage)

Required Skills:
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
– ⁠Social media management
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and work independently
– High level of professionalism and discretion

Bonus:
– Ability to drive (with valid license) is an added advantage
