Job Title: Business Development Manager with 3-5years experience working in a Oil & Gas Industry (Service Management Company – Upstream)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State
Mode of Work: Onsite

Job Summary:
This role requires a results-oriented individual with a solid understanding of project management services, oil and gas operations, client relationship management, and deal making. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strategic thinking, and has a proven track record in closing business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities through market intelligence, industry contacts, and digital platforms(e.g. Nipex, NCDMB, IOCs, NOCs).
•Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and provide strategic recommendations for go/no-go decisions.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities in upstream and midstream segments.
•Monitor and track bid outcomes and client feedback for continuous improvement.
•Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic positioning.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, including pipelines, and field development.
•Proficient in tender portals such as NIPEX, NCDMB, SON, DPR, etc.
•Excellent understanding of commercial, technical, and legal aspects of tendering.
•High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document preparation tools.
