Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Lagos

Are you a highly driven sales professional with a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry? Our client, a reputable cosmetic company, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, grow market share, and strengthen customer relationships across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies within assigned territories.
* Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
* Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector.
* Must be a resident of Lagos with a strong understanding of the local market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
