Job Summary:
We are a leading real estate firm seeking an experienced individual to oversee the architectural design lifecycle for our luxury residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. He/She will ensure premium quality, technical accuracy, and global standard compliance of all our real estate development projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design Leadership & Delivery: Lead concept-to-completion design; develop detailed construction docs; coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and façade systems.
– Technical Excellence & Compliance: Apply expertise in high-rise systems (façade, structure, fire safety, vertical transport); ensure adherence to Nigerian codes, international standards; manage permits, approvals, and quality controls.
– Construction Administration: Review submittals, attend site meetings, resolve RFIs; monitor progress to align with design intent and luxury standards.
– Innovation & Integration: Incorporate Smart BMS, energy-efficient features, PropTech; recommend innovative materials and technologies for premium projects.
– Leadership & Coordination: Lead teams and consultants; mentor juniors; engage stakeholders and executives to meet business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s and Master’s in Architecture from accredited institution.
– 8+ years post-qualification experience with luxury residential/high-rise portfolio.
– Registered/licensed with NIA and ARCON.
– Expert in Revit (BIM); proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray preferred.
– Deep knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and complex building systems.
– Strong leadership, team management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
