Salary: 80,000 Net
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
• Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
• Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline customer onboarding and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must have formal or informal sales experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and comprehension.
• Tech-savvy and ready to learn, with a willingness to gain experience in CRM software.
• Persuasive, self-driven, and excellent at managing time.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and excellent at time management.
