HRLeverage, a leading Pan-African HR and workspace solutions company, is recruiting on behalf of a client providing travel management and cargo logistics services in Nigeria — offering airline ticketing, freight forwarding, courier, and travel consultancy solutions.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue across travel and cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and convert new business leads across travel and cargo sectors.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, airlines, and logistics providers.

Promote services including ticketing, freight, courier, and travel packages.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and regular sales reports.

Ensure excellent client service and timely payment follow-up.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in sales/business development (travel, logistics, or cargo are strongly advised to apply.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
