Job Title: Human Capital Associate
Industry: Hospitality
Location: Ikeja, Lagos State

Job Summary:
The Human Capital Associate plays a critical role in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations. The role ensures effective execution of HR initiatives while supporting organizational growth and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
2. Manage HR operations, including payroll, leave, benefits, and employee records.
3. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
4. Coordinate learning and development programs.
5. Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
7. Contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
2. 3 – 5 years experience in an HR generalist role.
3. Experience in the hospitality industry.
4. CIPM certification is an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and Nigerian labor laws.
6. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
8. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
