Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦170,000 per month

We are hiring a Facility Manager (preferably male) to oversee operations at our Ikoyi estate. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on facility management experience, and the ability to coordinate people, processes, and property effectively.

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee daily operations and administration of the estate.
•Coordinate maintenance, repairs, utilities, and security functions.
•Serve as the primary liaison for residents, clients, and service providers.
•Conduct routine estate inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, estate regulations, and safety guidelines.
•Supervise on-site staff (cleaners, security personnel, technical teams).
•Handle client complaints and requests professionally and promptly.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on estate performance.
•Ensure timely payment of service charges and electricity bills.

Qualifications & Requirements
•BSc or HND in Estate Management
•2–3 years experience in facility or estate management.
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to multitask and manage various stakeholders.
•Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
