Our organisation, a reputable financial services company, is seeking a competent and well-organised HR Administrator (Female) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide strong administrative and operational support to the HR department while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the company.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Maintain HR records, employee files, HRIS, and documentation

 

* Support recruitment activities and interview coordination

 

* Manage onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes

 

* Collate and prepare payroll inputs

 

* Administer employee benefits (HMO, pension, welfare)

 

* Support HR compliance, reporting, and documentation

 

* Attend to employee enquiries and HR-related requests

* Provide general HR and administrative support as required

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.

 

* 3–5 years hands-on HR/Administrative experience (financial services experience is an added advantage)

 

* CIPM or PHRi certification is an added advantage

 

* Strong knowledge of HR operations and Nigerian Labour Law

 

* Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills

 

* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

 

* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
