Job Title: Human Resource & General Affairs Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.
This role ensures effective talent acquisition, employee relations, regulatory compliance, office administration, and supports business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for tech, product, risk, compliance, and operations roles.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with fintech regulatory requirements and company objectives.
Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Monitor Compensation & Benefits, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy.
Support organizational design and workforce planning for rapid scaling.
General Affairs (GA):
Oversee office facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
Manage office operations, equipment, maintenance, and security arrangements.
Coordinate company events, meetings, training sessions, and travel logistics.
Monitor office budget, utilities, and operational expenses.

Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years experience.

Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
