Job Description
Job Title: In-House Graphic Designer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: #300,000 – #500,000 (Depending on experience and Portfolio)

Our client is a fast-growing mother & baby e-commerce brand committed to making parenting easier, joyful, and beautifully supported. We create engaging content, fun campaigns, and high- quality visual storytelling that reflects our vibrant brand personality. We are looking for a talented In-house Graphic Designer who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into eye-catching visuals.
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across all platforms — Instagram, TikTok, website banners, emailers, print assets, campaign launch creatives, motion graphics and product reels. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves design, understands social media trends, and can bring fresh visual ideas to life daily.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) OR Canva + CapCut (if highly skilled).
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and reels creation is a MUST.
• Strong sense of color, layout, typography and social media aesthetics.
• Ability to execute tasks quickly with attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media trends, parenting/lifestyle content is a plus.
• Creative thinker with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio with examples of reels, motion content and branded design work.
