ROLE: Sales Executive
Preferably Female for gender balance.
LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOBILE
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
· Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
· Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
· Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· Proven experience of 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role
· Prior experience within the automobile industry is an added advantage
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Target-driven with a passion for sales and business growth
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
