Award-winning educator and 2020 Global Teacher Prize finalist, Olasunkanmi Opeifa, through his platform Phenomenon-Edu Impact, is set to host a transformative Teacher Community Building Seminar in Abuja an initiative aimed at empowering teacher-leaders across the FCT to build stronger, more sustainable professional communities.
Phenomenon-Edu Impact, in collaboration with 1 Million Teachers, is set to host a Teacher Community Building Seminar in the Federal Capital Territory — a transformative session designed to strengthen and sustain teacher communities across Abuja and its environs.
The seminar targets teacher-leaders and coordinators of teacher networks, offering practical insights on how to grow, engage, and sustain vibrant teacher communities while leveraging Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
According to the organisers, the session aims to empower educators with leadership tools, collaborative strategies, and innovative frameworks that foster professional growth and peer support.
In a special incentive, participating communities will also have a chance to be spotlighted as one of the most collaborative teacher groups in Abuja, with rewards from a ₦1,000,000 pool based on post-seminar engagement and assigned activities.
The initiative underscores Phenomenon-Edu Impact’s commitment to building teacher networks that strengthen the education ecosystem and advance quality teaching in Nigeria.
Further details on participation and registration are available via the first comment section of the official announcement post.
