The Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship is open to international students who wish to pursue their studies at top universities in Brunei. This fully funded scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, airfare, visa, meals, books, and a living stipend of $7,800.

Eligibility Criteria
Must not exceed 25 years old for Undergraduate and Diploma programs.
Must not exceed 35 years old for Master’s Degree programs.
Must be proficient in English, with one of the following qualifications:
GCE ‘O’ Level Examination: Credit 6
IGCSE English (as a second language): Grade C
IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0
TOEFL: Minimum score of 550
The scholarship is not available to Bruneians, Brunei Permanent Residents, or international students currently studying in Brunei.

Certified copies of academic qualifications, transcripts, and certificates
Certified English translations of documents (if not in English)
Certified copies of birth certificate and passport
Recommendation letters from referees (C1 and C2)
